Do HOA Boards really matter?  You bet they do! And whether you are aboard member or a resident, HOA Boards make decisions that affect your life!

 


Who? Tim Sellers, experienced in HOA Board Matters, Tim is the founding member ofSellers, Hinshaw, Ayers, Dortch and Lyons, P.A.He has extensive experience in planned community association law as well as litigation and alternate dispute resolution (ADR). He chaired the statewide drafting committee for the North Carolina Planned Community Act that became law in 1999 and has been involved extensively in revisions to that act since its adoption. Tim currently serves on Community Association Committee of the North Carolina Bar Associations’ Real Property Section. He has also served on North Carolina Bar Association committees for the revision of the North Carolina construction lien and foreclosure statutes.

When and Where: “Board Matters” is scheduled for Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at the Stallings Civic Center, 323 Stallings Road, Stallings, NC 28104. Registration is at 5:30 meeting starts at 6:00 PM. Tim Sellers to speak from 6 – 7:30.

Welcome! Refreshments served. Open to members and non-members. Saveve with advance registration – send check made out to “UCNLF” for $10 before April 23rd to Ed Dubisz, Treasurer, 6005 Brook Valley Run, Monroe NC 28110 or pay $15 at the door.
